Switching Banks is Easy!

Our “1, 2, 3 Switch Forms” make it easy to move your checking account to Beaver Valley FCU. Just print and complete the appropriate forms below, bring them to one of our branch offices and we can start the process. If you already have a BVFCU checking account, you can fill out the forms and send them off to your (1) automatic payee/merchant(s), (2) your direct deposit payer(s) and (3) your OLD bank.

  1. Automatic Payment Change Request
  2. Direct Deposit Change Request
  3. Existing Account Closing Form
