Debit Card Text Alerts

If suspicious transactions are identified as potential fraud with your debit card, you may receive a text message and/or telephone call.  Simply reply to the text or respond to the call to confirm whether or not you recognize the transaction(s).

If we send a text message, you will be asked to reply YES if the transaction is valid, or NO if it is fraud.  You may then be instructed to call us to assist further with the card activity.

A text alert will not include a link or ask for your Online Banking UserID, password, or other personal information.  Any request beyond the verification of transactions is likely fraudulent.  In this situation, do not respond, and contact the Credit Union directly.
