You must complete a registration form before you can login. Download the form, visit or call either credit union office.

TellerNet is a combination of Online/Mobile Banking and BillPayer services. TellerNet allows you to access your BVFCU account information from this web site.

Members participating in e-Statements can access TellerNet at NO COST! If you do not participate in e-Statements, you can still have TellerNet access for a low annual fee (also waived for Value Checking accounts).

With TellerNet You Can:

  • Review account history and check account balances on all share and loan accounts. Your information is real-time and delivered with up-to-the minute accuracy.
  • View recently cleared checks.
  • Transfer funds to and from your accounts. Make loan payments by transferring from savings or checking.

Beaver Valley Federal Credit Union offers a FREE Mobile Banking App for Apple and Android smartphones and tablets.  You can search for “Beaver Valley FCU Mobile” in the App Store or Google Play.

To use Mobile Banking, you must first be enrolled in our TellerNet – Online Banking.  The App uses the same login credentials as TellerNet.

Our Mobile Banking App gives you access to account balances, history, transfers, bill payment, mobile deposit and more!

With Mobile Deposit, you can submit your check deposit using the camera on your device, saving you a trip to the office.

The Mobile Banking App Terms and Conditions includes information on the use of Mobile Deposit.  Here are a few important reminders:

  • Checks must be endorsed with
    • your signature
    • print “For Mobile Deposit Only at Beaver Valley FCU”
    • your account number
  • Please note that standard Check Holds will be automatically placed on all checks.  Refer to our Availability of Funds for further details.
  • You must receive a Deposit Pending Status by 2:00 pm on a business day to be considered that day.  Deposits made after 2 pm will be considered next business day.
  • Some items NOT eligible for Mobile Deposit include Third Party Checks, Foreign Checks, Checks that are drawn or otherwise issued by the U.S. Treasury Department, Non-Negotiable Items, Altered Checks, Money Orders, Travelers Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Starter Checks, Savings Bonds, Post-dated or Stale-dated Checks.

BillPayer Services are available at NO CHARGE (inactive accounts will be charged $4.95 per month).

Is There a Telephone Number to Call for Assistance with Payments?

BillPayer Customer Service can be reached at 1-833-660-0487 between 7 am - 1 am, 7 days/week.

Why Should I Try BillPayer Service?

Well, for one thing... there is NO CHARGE!* In the long run it offers the convenience and peace of mind that you are in charge of your bill payments. You set up payments when you want the payment sent, when your direct deposit is posted, and your checking balance is 'healthy'. TellerNet allows you to check your account balance and transfer funds to checking (if necessary) all on your schedule - not someone else's schedule.

*Inactive accounts will be charged $4.95 per month, excluding Value Checking accounts.

I Have my Utility Payments Setup via Another Electronic Payment Method - Why Should I Change to BillPayer?

Automatic electronic payment for your utility and similar bills is really convenient - but are you in charge? These merchants tell you when to deduct the payment from your check register - with BillPayer you decide when you want this payment made. And, if for any reason you want to stop automatic payment, you just click a button on your BillPayer screen at your 24 hour convenience - instead of calling the merchant during business hours and explaining to someone that you want to cancel the electronic payment method, then following up to make sure this request took effect.

How Do I Enroll?

To enroll in BillPayer service, follow the enrollment steps within online banking or the mobile app.

How Much Does this Service Cost?

BillPayer Service is available at NO CHARGE!* You can set up and pay as many bills as you like - at no cost to you. You save the cost of postage stamps, checks and envelopes!

*Inactive accounts will be charged $4.95 per month. This charge will be posted to your Checking account on the 15th (or the next business day) of the following month. Value Checking account holders DO NOT pay a fee for inactive service.

How Do I Get Started?

On the TellerNet menu, click on BillPayer. On the BillPayer page, you must click on the Enroll BillPayer icon and select your checking account. A disclosure page is displayed and you must accept the terms of the disclosure to complete the enrollment. Now you can start setting up your Payee list, and schedule your payments.

Are There Any Merchants that Cannot be Paid via BillPayer?

PROHIBITED PAYMENTS

Payments to Billers outside of the United States or its territories are prohibited through the Service.

EXCEPTION PAYMENTS

Tax payments and court ordered payments may be scheduled through the Service, however such payments are discouraged and must be scheduled at your own risk. In no event shall the Service be liable for any claims or damages resulting from your scheduling of these types of payments. The Service Guarantee as it applies to any late payment related changes is void when these types of payments are scheduled and/or processed by the Service. The Service has no obligation to research or resolve any claim resulting from an exception payment. All research and resolution for any misapplied, mis-posted or misdirected payments will be the sole responsibility of you and not of the Service.

When Is My Payment Withdrawn From My Account?

The "Scheduled Payment Date" is the day you want your Biller to receive your bill payment and is also the day your Payment Account will be debited, unless the Scheduled Payment Date falls on a non-Business Day in which case it will be considered to be the previous Business Day.
